1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method:

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
3. Shipping Locations

4. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to become available.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at community@aerasports.com with your order number and photos, if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with the carrier.
